In order to give you complete confidence, here are our promises to you:
- HIGH RELIABILITY
"If we say we'll be there, we'll be there"
is not just another company slogan. Our reputation depends
on the promise that we'll use our best endeavours to start
on the agreed date and stay until your job is completed.
- QUALITY MATERIALS
We always use high quality finish paints. Unless specified otherwise
by you, we'll use the wonderfully inspired paints of Craig & Rose
or Johnstone's high quality, professional trade paints.
- WORKMANSHIP YOU CAN TRUST
Provided the claims notification procedure
outlined in our terms and conditions is followed, (these terms
and conditions are sent out along with quotations), we will
use our best endeavours to rectify any work not of a reasonable
standard as soon as practicable.
- IMPECCABLE STANDARDS
We will lay down sheets on the premises
to protect carpets and furniture.
We will sand all surfaces where appropriate prior to decorating,
to ensure a good quality finish.
We will always tidy up on completion.
It is our aim that your home or business should be as clean
and tidy as it was when we arrived.
- INSURANCE SAFEGUARD
We carry full public liability insurance in the unlikely event
of damage to person or property. Our insurance cover is provided by
MMA Insurance.
- AGREED PRICING
We will give you a formal quotation prior to starting. We also do
time and materials based pricing on request, for specific circumstances
where the nature/timing of the work is uncertain. Either way, you'll
receive a written specification of what's included in the price. This
avoids uncertainty and is welcomed by all our customers.
For jobs starting 3 months after the quotation date and for
jobs of a duration longer than 3 months, it may be necessary
to apply a materials price increase if the cost of these materials
increases during that time. If this is so, and in the interests
of good communication, you will be notified in writing to
that effect.
